Phase 2: Home Physiotherapy During Protection/Resting Phase

Goals

  • Facilitate recovery and tissue healing during the protection/resting phase.
  • Maintain or improve mobility, strength, and conditioning while minimizing stress on injured areas.
  • Provide guidance and support for the athlete to safely return to sport.

By dividing the physiotherapy program into on-site and home-based phases, athletes receive comprehensive care tailored to their specific needs, promoting optimal recovery and safe return to sport.
